About DeedMaths

DeedMaths is a set of free calculators for people buying, renting or investing in property in the UAE. It is built and maintained by a Salesforce developer who works inside the Dubai real estate industry and got tired of seeing buyers surprised by costs nobody explained upfront.

How we keep the numbers right

Every calculator is based on fees and rules published by the Dubai Land Department, RERA, the UAE Central Bank and other official sources. Each page shows the date its figures were last checked, and we review them whenever the rules change.

What these tools are not

The results are estimates to help you plan. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Always confirm the final figures with your bank, trustee office or a registered broker.
